Frequently asked
Why are some plans locked?
SEBI suitability principles require us to match research products to investor risk profiles. Conservative investors should not subscribe to leveraged derivatives or commodities. If you believe your profile is mis-assessed, retake the Risk Profile.
Can I override the gating?
You can re-take the risk profile and answer differently. We will not let you buy a plan outside your profile without that re-assessment — not because we are paternalistic, but because SEBI’s suitability rules apply to us as a Research Analyst.
What is the refund policy?
Pro-rata refundable within first 7 days of subscription. After 7 days, fees for the consumed period are non-refundable. Full details in the MITC.
How is research delivered?
Member portal (login required), email, and members-only Telegram (Index Options tier and above). All research archived in your dashboard.
