Investor complaints data

SEBI requires every Research Analyst to publish complaints data in a prescribed format. Updated by the 7th of every month for the preceding month, and quarterly for the trailing 12 months.

As of the launch of this site, Trading Profit has received zero complaints across all sources (direct, SEBI SCORES, SEBI ODR).

From the first calendar month with any complaint activity, this section will display the SEBI-standard table with: pending at month start, received during month, resolved, pending at month end, pending > 3 months, average resolution time in days.

Once we have 30+ days of operating history with any complaint data, this section will display monthly received / resolved / pending counts.

About this disclosure

“Complaint” means any written grievance received from a client or a person acting on behalf of a client. Internal queries, support requests and routine clarifications are tracked separately and are not included.

Where a complaint is found to be frivolous, vexatious or not a complaint within the meaning of SEBI rules, it is still included in the “Received” count and noted in our internal log; it is closed as “Resolved — no merit” within 21 working days.
