These Terms govern your use of the Trading Profit website and services. By using the site or subscribing to any service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By accessing the Trading Profit website (tradingprofit.in) or subscribing to any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the MITC, the Risk Disclaimer, the Disclosures, and the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You must hold a valid PAN. We may refuse service to any person or entity at our discretion.
3. Account & KYC
You must complete KYC (PAN, mobile, email verification) and the Risk Profile questionnaire before any research is delivered. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided and for keeping your account credentials secure. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.
4. Subscription & fees
All fees are listed on the Pricing page and capped at ₹1,51,000 per family per year per SEBI rules. Fees are payable in advance through Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard.
5. Intellectual property
All research, content, branding, design, code and other materials on this site are owned by Trading Profit and protected by Indian copyright and trademark law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access research solely for your personal use. You may not: copy, redistribute, sell, republish, broadcast, scrape, or otherwise commercialise our research. Breach of this clause is grounds for immediate termination and may attract legal action.
6. Prohibited use
You agree not to: (a) republish or redistribute our research; (b) use our research to provide investment advice to third parties; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer our analysis or trading systems; (d) impersonate Trading Profit or any of our staff; (e) use our services for any unlawful purpose.
7. Termination
We may terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or for any conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful to our service, other clients, or our reputation. Upon termination, your right to access our research immediately ceases.
8. Disclaimers
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty regarding accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. See the Risk Disclaimer for full investment-related disclaimers.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability to any client in any 12-month period shall not exceed the fees paid by that client in that period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Trading Profit against any claim, loss or damage arising from your breach of these Terms, your trading decisions, or your misuse of our services.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, after first being submitted to the SEBI grievance and ODR process.
12. Amendments
We may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
