3. Fees, billing & SEBI fee cap
Subscription fees are published on the Pricing page. As mandated by SEBI, the total annual fees payable by any client (or his family) to Trading Profit, across all our research services, shall not exceed ₹1,51,000. We will refuse any payment that would breach this cap.
All fees are payable in advance through Razorpay (via UPI, debit/credit card, NetBanking). Receipts are issued within 24 hours of payment.
4. Refund policy
You may cancel within 7 days of first payment for a pro-rata refund of unused days. After 7 days, fees for the consumed subscription period are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, refund earlier-than-7-day cancellations in full if no research has been delivered.
5. Termination
You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard. We may terminate your subscription with 7 days’ written notice for: (a) breach of these terms; (b) failure to complete KYC or Risk Profile within 30 days of subscription; (c) misuse of research (republishing, redistributing, selling to third parties).
6. Conflict of interest
Full conflict-of-interest disclosures are on the Disclosures page. In summary: Trading Profit and its analysts may hold positions in securities we recommend, always disclosed at time of publication. We accept no payment from any issuer or third party. Our compensation is solely from client subscription fees.
7. Risk disclosure
Trading in equity, derivatives and commodities involves substantial risk of loss, including loss of capital greater than the amount invested (in the case of derivatives). Recommendations are based on our analysis but markets can and do invalidate any thesis without warning. You are solely responsible for every trading decision you make based on our research. Read the full Risk Disclaimer.
